On 18 September, under the theme of “Helping the poor, loving China”, the grand opening of the 4th China Charity Fair took place at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. On 18 September, the grand opening of the 12th China-ASEAN Expo and the China ASEAN Business and Investment Summit took place in Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center (NICEC) in Guangxi.
