In the morning of 23 October, Chairman of China Construction Bank (CCB), Wang Hongzhang, and President Wang Zuji visited CR’s headquarters in Hong Kong. Chairman Fu Yuning, and General Manager Qiao Shibo met with Chairman Wang and his delegation. The two parties exchanged ideas on the current economic situation and business cooperation, explored the direction for potential cooperation, and reached a broad consensus in the end.

Chairman Fu welcomed Chairman Wang and gave a briefing on the operation of the Group’s business segments and future development focus. He indicated that the CCB head-office and CCB branches have always maintained a close working relationship with the Group, and is an important business partner of CR. He expressed his gratitude to CCB for their support throughout the years.

CCB Chairman Wang then gave a brief outline on the development of CCB’s businesses, and thanked China Resources Group for their long-term business support. He was looking forward to providing better and more diversified services to CR in the future.

At the meeting, both parties further explored in detail the model for potential cooperation in areas including asset management, and hope to build upon the existing foundation to continually enhance and advance further collaboration, in order to develop a sustainable business model, and achieve a win-win situation.

\Vice President of CCB’s head-office, Yang Wensheng, responsible persons from CCB’s Strategic Customer Department, CCB (Asia), CCB International, and their Shenzhen branches, as well as the Group’s Chief Accountant, Wei Bin, and related responsible persons from the Group’s Finance Department, CR Power, CR Land, CR Pharma, and CR Capital also attended the meeting.
