Mr. Cheng Yongping currently serves as the Director of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. He previously served at China General Nuclear Power Corporation and China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group.Mr. Cheng is a Senior Political Engineer and joined China Resources Group in 2025.

Mr. Hu is a Non-executive Director of China Resources Group. He is also a Non-executive Director of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd. Mr. Ma is a Non-executive Director of China Resources Group. He is also a Non-executive Director of China Nanguang Group Co.,Ltd.and president of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. Before that, he was an Executive Director，CEO and Chief Operating Officer of New World Development Company Limited, an Executive Director and CEO of NWS Holdings Limited. He was the Secretary for Development of the HKSAR Government, Acting CEO of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited and Principal Consultant of the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation. He was the Executive Vice-President for Civil and Infrastructure Business (Asia Pacific) of AECOM Asia Company Limited prior to joining the HKSAR Government. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Civil) from The University of Hong Kong and a Master of Engineering degree in Transportation Planning from Monash University, Australia. Mr. Ma joined China Resources Group in 2022.

Mr.Wu is a Non-executive Director of China Resources Group. He is also a Non-executive Director of State Grid Corporation of China and Ansteel Group Corporation Limited. He was previously a Non-executive Director of China Three Gorges Corporation, China National Machinery Industry Corporation and China Electronic Technology Group Corporation, an Independent Non-executive Director of China United Network Communications Limited, China Eastern Airlines Co., Ltd and China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation, General Accountant of China First Heavy Industries Corporation. He also served as the Vice Dean of School of Accountancy, Central University of Finance and Economics. Mr.WU is an Senior accountant. He holds a Phd of Economics from Central University of Finance and Economics. Mr.Wu joined China Resources Group in 2022.

Mr. Gao is a Non-executive Director of China Resources Group. He is also a Non-executive Director of China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited,Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Committee of China Mobile, Chairman of GTI, Co-Chairman of the Central Enterprise Think Tank Alliance under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Expert of the Expert Advisory Committee of the National Data Administration, Deputy Director of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Internet Society of China, and Director of the Council of the Yangtze Industrial Development Institute.He used to serve as Deputy Director of the Post and Administration of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region; Chairman and General Manager of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Telecom Company, Chairman and General Manager of China Telecom Jiangsu branch, Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation, Executive Vice President of China Telecom Corporation Limited, and Executive Vice President of China Mobile Communications Group Co.,Ltd. Mr.Gao is a Professorate Senior Engineer and a recipient of special government allowances awarded by the State Council. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Mr.Gao joined China Resources Group in 2025.
