On 27 July, China Resources Group released Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report 2015 on its website. It is the ninth CSR report since the first report issued in 2008. The 78,000-character report comprises nine chapters covering three subject matters, giving a thorough account of CSR-related operations conducted by the group in 2015.

On 22 July, the joint-venture consortium formed by CR Group and Australia’s Macquarie Capital signed an official agreement to acquire 50.01%-74% stake in GenesisCare, the largest cancer radiotherapy and heart disease treatment services provider in Australia. The deal is pending approval by the Australian Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB).

Group General Manager Luo Xi conducted a site visit to Zhejiang from 20 to 22 July, and met Acting Governor Che Jun and Vice Governor Zhu Congjiu, during which the two parties had a cordial and friendly talk and achieved positive outcomes.

Group Chairman Fu Yuning led a delegation in a business visit to Myanmar between 19 and 22 July. During the visit, the team conducted In-depth studies on the investment environment and industry development in Myanmar.

Group Chairman Fu Yuning led a team in a study tour to Bangkok on 18 July, and visited Ning Fukui, Chinese Ambassador to Thailand, and Economic Counselor, Zhang Peidong.

Fortune released the Global 500 2016 list at 7 p.m. on 20 July. With a total turnover of US$76.5 billion, China Resources Group ranks 91st, 24 places higher than last year's rankings, each year improving its ranking of the previous year.

On July 15, SASAC held a conference in Beijing of leaders from enterprises directly under the central government and leaders from SASAC, announcing the performance results of public enterprises leaders in 2015 and term rating of 2013-2015. China Resources received a grade A for the financial year 2015, 2013-2015 term rating of grade A, as well as the distinction of "Outstanding Enterprise" from SASAC.

Group General Manager Luo Xi met with China Development Bank Vice President Ding Xiangqun in Hong Kong in the morning of 13 July. They exchanged views on strengthening future business cooperation.

In the afternoon of 7 July, Group Chairman Fu Yuningmet with Dr. Zhang Fangliang, Chairman of GenScript Biotech Corporation, at the China Resources building in Hong Kong. The two parties exchanged views on cooperation opportunities in the related business fields.

Chairman Fu Yuning and Group General Manager Luo Xi met with Dongfang Electric Corporation Chairman Zou Lei and Group General Manager Zhang Xiaolun in the afternoon of 7 July.
