Group Chairman Fu Yuning led a team in a study tour to Bangkok on 18 July, and visited Ning Fukui, Chinese Ambassador to Thailand, and Economic Counselor, Zhang Peidong.

During the visit, Chairman Fu talked about business development at the China Resources Group, and the company’s plan on market development in Southeast Asia. Ambassador Ning gave an introduction on the current political and economic situation in Thailand, and on the local industries including power, real estate, gas supply, and etc., providing valuable information for its future development in Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries.

During the tour, Fu inspected All Seasons Property Co., Ltd. affiliated with China Resources Property Management and listened to the company’s work report and reports on Thailand’s investment environment and business development operations in Southeast Asia. He also visited local frontline employees. Fu commended All Seasons Property for its efforts in establishing All Seasons Place as a first-class urban complex in Bangkok, setting a new benchmark for office buildings in the city. He pledged to support All Season’s business development in Thailand, stating that as the Group’s headquarters in Southeast Asia, All Seasons should coordinate with other China Resources business units in business development in Southeast Asia by drawing on its overseas business experiences and internationalized management team built by the company over the past two decades and providing human resources and information supports to other business segments of China Resources Group.

Members of China Resources Group leadership Chen Lang, Wang Chuandong, Zhou Longshan and Chen Ying, and officials from the Group’s Board of Directors Office, China Resources Power and China Resources Land accompanied Chairman Fu during the study tour.
