Consisting of nine parts including company profile, responsibilities, shareholders' rights and interests, employee care, product and service, the report comprehensively introduced what CR C'est bon did in the six aspects of responsibility for economy, employees, customers, partners, the public and the environment in 2014.

CR Ng Fung officially published the CR Ng Fung Social Responsibility Report 2014 on June 11. Consisting of 11 parts including company profile, product safety, green development and public welfare, the report introduced CR Ng Fung's CSR efforts in 2014.

CR Property officially published the Social Responsibility Report 2014 on June 11, the third CSR report published by the company. With interesting texts, photos and statistics, the report demonstrated CR Property's strenuous and fruitful efforts in such aspects as quality service, employee care, production safety, green operation and public welfare.

CR Bank officially published the Social Responsibility Report 2014 on May 25. It consists of a string of aspects, including leader's message, corporate profile, safeguarding shareholders' rights and interests, care for employees, sincere service, helping customers increase asset values, operation compliance, risk prevention, commitment to social harmony, and looking into the future. The report systematically summarizes and illustrates CR Bank's efforts in fulfilling its CSR in 2014.

CR Vanguard officially published the Social Responsibility Report 2014 on May 25. The report elaborates on the major steps taken by CR Vanguard in fulfilling its CSR in 2014, and introduces its work in providing quality services and ensuring product quality and safe operation, its commitment to green cause and community welfare, and its efforts for consumers, partners and employees.

CR Land published the Social Responsibility Report 2014, the second of its kind published by the company, on May 21. The report was published in two versions - simplified Chinese and English and traditional Chinese and English, and was released along with the Annual Report of China Resources Land Limited 2014 at Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the first time.

The Social Responsibility Report of China Resources Cement Holdings Limited 2014 was officially published on April 29. It was the second time that CR Cement published its social responsibility report in Chinese and English simultaneously.

CR Land placed 400 million shares at HK$25.25 per share to the capital market through top up placing on May 12, representing a 7% discount from the closing price of HK$27.15 per share on May 11. Jointly underwritten by BOC International, CICC, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley, the placement accounted for 6.12% of the pre-issue outstanding shares and 5.77% of the post-issue outstanding shares.

A meeting was recently held in Beijing for the inspection and acceptance of the “cultivation and enhancement of vertical integration capability for the internationalization of chemical preparations” project undertaken by China Resources Saike Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (CR Saike). The expert panel carefully listened to CR Saike’s project report, reviewed relevant materials, conducted field inspection of project progress after the meeting, and eventually accepted the project.
