Yu Kangzhen, Vice Minister of Agriculture, and his delegation inspected DEEJ on the morning of April 7. He inspected the development of modern animal husbandry and the preparations for the national conference on that industry, visited the national black donkey propagation center, and listened to DEEJ’s work report.

Head of DEEJ particularly reported the development of black donkey industry. He said that DEEJ had worked hard to innovate management concept and business model, led local farmers to become rich while achieving self-development. It has earnestly fulfilled its CSR, effectively promoted industrial upgrade and achieved rapid development of the black donkey industry.

Vice Minister Yu spoke highly of DEEJ’s efforts on the black donkey industry, saying that as a leading enterprise in the donkey-hide gelatin industry, DEEJ has been a progressive pioneer, seized opportunities, and explored a way of developing that industry with innovative ideas. He pointed out that developing this industry is an effective way to boost the structural adjustment and upgrade of national agriculture and animal husbandry, improve agricultural efficiency and increase farmers’ income. He hoped DEEJ will develop this industry bigger and stronger.

Vice Governor of Shandong Province Zhao Runtian, Mayor of Liaocheng Wang Zhonglin, Deputy Secretary of Liaocheng CPC Committee Chen Ping, Deputy Mayor Guo Jianmin and other provincial and municipal leaders joined the inspection.
