CR C'est bon officially published the Social Responsibility Report 2014 on June 15, the second time that it revealed its CSR efforts through an independent report. Consisting of nine parts including company profile, responsibilities, shareholders' rights and interests, employee care, product and service, the report comprehensively introduced what CR C'est bon did in the six aspects of responsibility for economy, employees, customers, partners, the public and the environment in 2014. In light of CR C'est bon's characteristics, the report placed special emphasis on such topics as quality and safety system establishment, handling of consumer complaints and disputes, energy conservation and emission reduction, water protection, and protection of frontline employees' rights and interests.

Upholding "brand as foundation, responsibility first", CR C'est bon takes customer satisfaction as the goal and employees' sense of responsibility as the foundation.
