CR Land published the Social Responsibility Report 2014, the second of its kind published by the company, on May 21. The report was published in two versions - simplified Chinese and English and traditional Chinese and English, and was released along with the Annual Report of China Resources Land Limited 2014 at Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the first time.

Themed "Service with Heart, Change through Quality", the report systematically disclosed the historical data of more than 30 KPI for three years, and expounded on key topics in the real estate industry in a spate of aspects, including responsibility management, corporate governance, fair operation, quality assurance, labor practices, environmental protection and community engagement. According to the overall evaluation by a rating team from the Research Center for Corporate Social Responsibility of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the report is rated 4.5 stars, the highest rate in the real estate industry.

According to the key topics and performance indicators of CSR work, CR Land's nine business regions and two business units all compiled their independent social responsibility reports. The formulation of this report is conducive to identifying shortcomings and deficiencies in corporate governance and CSR practices, thus helping the enterprises to improve their governance.
