On 27 August, CR Healthcare officially released the “2014 CSR Report”. This is the second consecutive year in which CR Healthcare has disclosed the company’s work in fulfilling its social responsibilities in the format of an independent report. The report provides a full description of the key measures CR Healthcare has taken in practising CSR during 2014 from eight angles: company overview; responsibility management; quality services; management enhancement; innovative development; employee responsibilities; media relations; and public welfare and charities.
In 2014, CR Healthcare actively looked into setting up regional medical alliances, based on existing mature, leading regional hospitals, so as to drive the development of branch hospitals in areas where medical resources were lacking. Other efforts include promoting a harmonious relationship between medical institutions and public healthcare by sharing and expanding existing medical resources; facilitating support among medical counterparts by enhancing industry cooperation and joint development; actively taking up education and research development to build and enhance the disease management system, medical training system, patient services, and patient care system; providing rescue aid and support during public emergencies, as well as bringing in CR’s advanced EHS management system and vigorously organizing public welfare programs and charity donations.
CR Healthcare will continue to enrich its CSR activities, and actively explore the path in building and implementing a CSR system applicable to a medical and healthcare service enterprise of the new era, using CSR as the guiding principle to drive medical changes, and striving to build a world-class medical and healthcare service enterprise.
