On 24 July, CR Microelectronics released its “2014 CSR Report”. The report comprises seven sections: Chairman’s note on CSR; company overview; responsibility management; focusing on responsibility; market performance; environmental performance; and social performance, disclosing in detail CR Microelectronics’ efforts and achievements in developing responsibility management and practice in the past year.

This is the second consecutive year in which CR Microelectronics has issued a CSR report. This year, through innovative format and content, the CSR report presents the company’s CSR efforts in the past year in a more realistic and detailed manner. In 2014, while striving to raise the technology level of products and processes, enhance business efficiency, and reshape the corporate culture, CR Microelectronics kept its focus on protecting the rights and interests of investors, employees, suppliers, customers, and the government. The company attaches great importance to production safety, energy conservation, and emission reduction, in order to effectively fulfil its social responsibilities.

Going forward, CR Microelectronics will continue to strengthen its CSR management, build up a scientific mechanism, enhance CSR awareness among all employees, and embody the concept of sustainable development in business management, striving to build the company into a leading semiconductor enterprise in China, with an inclusive culture, innovative spirit, and delivering excellent performance.
