Minister of Agriculture Han Changfu and Deputy Minister Yu Kangzhen inspected DEEJ on June 15. Vice Governor of Shandong Zhao Runtian, Xu Jingyan, Secretary of Liaocheng CPC Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the municipal People's Congress, Deputy Secretary of Liaocheng CPC Committee and Mayor Wang Zhonglin, Liu Guoqiang, Secretary of Dong'e County CPC Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the county People's Congress, joined the inspection. 

At the DEEJ black donkey propagation center, head of DEEJ introduced the development of the company's donkey industry, the national scale of donkey breeding and other aspects to Minister Han and his delegation. Minister Han affirmed DEEJ's work, hailed its donkey industry as a good example of modern animal husbandry, and personally scanned the RFID code on the donkey with a portable device. He said this technology makes e'jiao products traceable, thus ensuring product quality.

At the DEEJ Bio-tech Park, Minister Han learnt about the production process, function and market performance of e'jiao, compound e'jiao syrup and other products. He approved of DEEJ's industrial integration and praised it for strongly boosting the development of upstream donkey industry by producing excellent downstream products. Minister Han said the field inspection showed him the great potential of promoting modern animal husbandry and he will support the development of donkey breeding industry.
