On July 14, the Chinese website of Fortune published the annual Top 500 Chinese Companies, including 23 power companies, of which Huaneng, Datang, Huadian International, Guodian Power and CR Power were ranked the first five.
It is reported that Fortune China 500 include the 500 largest China-based listed companies (including companies listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange and companies listed overseas operating mainly in Mainland China). This is fifth List of Fortune China 500, which not only reflects the rapid growth of the Chinese economy but also demonstrated the development of Chinese listed companies.
