On the afternoon of July 7, Wang Rong, member of the Standing CPC Committee and Secretary of the CPC Committee of Shenzhen, visited China Resources City Project "CR (Dayong) Renovation Project" in the company of relevant heads of CR Land.

Wang asked in detail about the development and future plan of the project, especially about the supporting life facilities for relocated residents. He expressed his appreciation of the development plan that the relocation buildings are first launched, the roads in the vicinity and the basic life infrastructure are concurrently built. He also highly commented on the quality and efficiency of the development project and encouraged CR Land to attain greater achievements in future.

Heads of CR Land responsible for the project reported in detail on the real estate business of CR Land in Shenzhen, the development history, current development status of and future work plan for the project. They also undertook that CR Land is committed to develop the project into a benchmark and model project for urban renovation projects in Shenzhen as well as the whole country and build China Resources City into a modern business center and residence community of large scale and modern style matching the future image of Shenzhen and a key supporting base for Shenzhen Hi-tech Zone and OCT tourism attraction.
