On July 2, the Annual Report of CR Cement on Social Responsibilities for 2013 was released in Hong Kong. This is the second annual report on social responsibility released by CR Cement and the first report on social responsibilities CR Cement has released in both Chinese and English languages.

The report, compiled following the Guidelines on Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting for Chinese Enterprises (CASS - CSR3.0) and the Measures for the Administration of CR Group for Work on Social Responsibilities, expounds CR Cement’s philosophy of corporate social responsibility for the first time. The Report comprehensively disclosed key aspects of CR Cement’s performance of its corporate social responsibilities in 2013 and key performance indexes of CR Cement’s work on corporate social responsibilities in recent three years in a series of sections, namely “Customer-oriented Responsibilities”, “Partner-oriented Responsibilities”, “Care for Employees”, “Safe Production”, “Green Development” and “Social Welfare”. The Report also provides a systematic and comprehensive review of “Safe Production” and “Green Development”, two issues attracting close attention from the industry.
