On May 7, Forbes published the list of Global 2000. CR Power was listed for the consecutive eighth year, ranked 595th, 62 places up compared with its 657th place in 2013. It ranks 47th among all listed enterprises in Mainland China and Hong Kong, seven places higher than its ranking in 2013.

Global 2000 were selected based on a comprehensive evaluation of the sales, profit, assets, total present value of the stocks of the candidate companies. This year, enterprises from 62 countries and regions were selected. In the list of Global 2000 for 2014, Chinese enterprises took the top three places and five of the top 10.

According to the list, USA remains No. 1 in number on the list, with 564 companies listed, following by Japan, with 225 companies listed and a decrease of 26 compared with 2013. The number of Chinese enterprises (including Mainland and Hong Kong based companies) listed increased by 25, reaches a total of 207.
