On April 15, CR Chemical held its annual work summary conference of 2013 and the conference for the analysis of the business performance of the first quarter of 2014, involving more than 40 management team members.

At the conference, heads of CR Chemical reviewed in depth and summarized the performance of the business plan for 2013 in terms of business model optimization, business development promotion, management and control capability improvement, coordination work implementation, lean management enhancement and organizational capacity promotion. The conference also proposed ten strategic initiatives for establishing the industrial monitoring and market judging capacities, enhancing the supply chain management, optimizing the procurement management, promoting the market capacity, developing and promoting new products, improving lean management and raising the management and control efficiency, outlining the direction for the work of CR Chemical in 2014. It was pointed out at the conference that all managers should devote to their duties to ensure the successful fulfillment of their business performance targets for 2014 in spite of the unprecedented difficulties experienced in 2013.

After the meeting, CR Chemical organized a trip for all the management team members to the Duty Crime Prevention Education Base in Changzhou to learn about the achievements of the national anti-corruption efforts, increase their awareness of the importance of integrity, correcting their relevant mistaken concepts and notions, identifying risks involved in their posts and building a robust ideological defense against moral risks.
