On January 10, 2013, the Ceremony of National Awards for Science and Technology was held in the Great Hall of People in Beijing. The research results “SFI Quality Control and Application of SFI Critical Technologies in Mass Production” regarding SFI as the research object won the second prize of the National scientific and technological progress. The project was led by President Peng Cheng of Chengdu University of TCM with the cooperation of CR Sanjiu research and development team. It is the result of CR Sanjiu’s combination of “production, study and reserach”.

“SFI Quality Control and Application of SFI Critical Technologies in Mass Production” first put forward the research mode and practice direction of “taste, quality, production, function and usage” and set an example for the development and production of TCM injection, aiming at the key scientific issues existing in TCM injection research and production. The project realized the goal of SFI that “every piece of product should be safe and effect when treating patients with it”, promoted the realization of CR Sanjiu’s strategic goal of “helping and enhancing the normative and healthy development of TCM injection industry”.
