On December 23, a framework agreement for strategic cooperation was signed between CR (Shanxi) Pharmaceuticals and the government of Yuncheng City. Present at the signing ceremony were Vice Governor Zhang Jianxin of Shanxi Province, Wei Xiaochun, Vice Chairman of CPPCC of Shanxi Province and Director of the Health Department of the province, Mayor Wang Qingxian and Deputy Mayor Chen Zhuqin of Yuncheng City and heads of CR Pharmaceuticals. More than 300 stakeholders and representatives from the medicine and health sectors attended the conference following the signing ceremony.

According to Mayor Wang Qingxian of Yuncheng City, the cooperation between CR Pharmaceuticals and Yuncheng is a milestone and a new starting point. He hoped that the two parties will, taking this opportunity, innovate on their thinking mode, take effective measures and constantly improve their work mechanisms. He also hoped that a regular conference system will be established for negotiation on issues of cooperation with the view of optimizing the environment for development and comprehensively promoting work efficiency. He further represented that the municipal government of Yuncheng will provide more support for CR (Shanxi) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in the city, so that CR Pharmaceuticals will be well established and grow in the city, contributing to the rapid development of the medical care services of the city and realizing win-win development.

A representative of CR Pharmaceuticals outlined the historical development and current status of CR and how CR (Shanxi) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. cooperated with various medical services in the course of medical care reform. The representative of CR Pharmaceuticals also expressed CR’s appreciation of the cooperation between the municipal government and central enterprises and the municipal government’s inclusion of the medical care services in the benevolence projects, pro-people projects and responsibility projects. He pointed out that the establishment of Yuncheng Branch of CR (Shanxi) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. will integrate the advantages of CR Pharmaceuticals in the medicine management, information and marketing network. He further represented that CR Pharmaceuticals will actively cooperate with various medical service systems, undertake the responsibility for the establishment of the distribution networks at the level of the city, the counties and rural areas, seeking to contribute to the medical care reform of the city.

The Framework Agreement for Strategic Cooperation between the People’s Government of Yuncheng City and CR (Shanxi) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was signed by Deputy Mayor Chen Zhuqin of Yuncheng City and a head of CR (Shanxi) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The agreement will facilitate the public health care of the city while promoting the future development of CR (Shanxi) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
