At the recent awarding ceremony for the Annual Gold List Awards for E-banks of China sponsored by China Financial Certification Authority (CFCA), CR Bank was granted the award for Regional Commercial Banks for Best Online Banking Security Services in 2013 for its outstanding performance in the online banking system security development and safe customer use. This is another award for CR Bank from the national industry for its online banking services, marking the industry and users’ recognition of the safe, convenient and innovative online banking services of CR Bank.

In 2013, CR Bank has launched a series of innovative functions for its online banking services, including interbank account management, fund product purchase, super online banking transfer, electronic receipt, instant interbank settlement, CR E-order, online supply chain and cash management. In addition, CR Bank focuses highly on online banking user experience and has gained good reputation for its thoughtful, convenient and safe services among its customers by constantly improving its business processes. As of November, 2013, the customer penetration rate and transaction replacement rate of CR Bank have seen a growth of 100%, effectively reducing pressure on the over-counter services and making the online banking services a key channel of banking services of CR Bank.
