On December 5, a celebration party was held in Hong Kong for the 30th anniversary of Hong Kong Retail Management Association. At the ceremony, Chinese Arts & Crafts was granted the Award for Best Retailer for the category of department stores in the “mystery shopper” program, in recognition of its long-cherished service philosophy of “True Virtue, Honorability, Inheritance and Perfection".

Chinese Arts & Crafts has been devoted to building an influential brand of high quality integrating the traditional culture and modern craftsmanship. This is the 9th running year for Chinese Arts and Crafts to win the award.
