On October 27, a new conference for the release of the result of the survey on the public satisfaction selection of national service industry was held in the People's Great Hall, co-sponsored by The Economy, Chinese Business Herald, China Trade News, China General Association of Commercial Newspapers, China Association for Promoting International Economic & Technical Cooperation and China Brand Communication Research Center. According to the result of the survey released at the press conference, CR Bank won the Gold Award for Top 10 Commercial Banks with Best Support to the Development of Real Economy and the Gold Award for Top Commercial Banks with Best Support to the Development of Small and Micro Enterprises, and Song Qun, President of CR Bank was granted the Gold Award for Outstanding Bankers in Reform and Innovation of National Financial Services.

The survey has been done for three sessions, aimed at promoting the public satisfaction with enterprises in various service industries, with winners selected by collecting data from the public, the elites of relevant industries and experts, conducting in-depth survey via professional media and large scale professional review from multiple perspectives.

CR Bank has won gold awards for public satisfaction selection of national service industry for two running sessions. These awards evidence the recognition of the services CR Bank provides.
