CR Bank officially launched its "Golden Echelon" Talent Development Program recently. This is an accelerated talent development program launched for managers included in the talent identification program organized by the headquarters of CR Bank, including a Pooling Talent Qualification Program, a High Potential Talent Development Program and an Accelerated Succeeding Talent Program.
The Pooling Talent Qualification Program, targeted at all employees selected for the talent identification program, plans to tailor a Candidate Development Program (CDP) with reference to the capability of each participant through the Mini-MBA Course provided on http://www.cneuol.com and promote the capability qualification through work practice.
The High Potential Talent Development Program, designed for high potential talents selected in the Pooling Talent Qualification Program, plans to promote the capacities of the talents requiring improvement through seven themed development units and develop their future post capacities by means of the existing reserve force training programs (such as CR Bank 70 Class). A strategic thinking module will be launched in near future.
The Accelerated Succeeding Talent Program aims at the accelerated training program for employees newly promoted or transferred to new posts in the talent identification course. The program is designed to help succeeding talents to smoothly adapt to new posts through accelerating the transformation of the managers and a structured supervision of 100 days.
An official in charge of CR Bank stressed that the candidates are expected to be better aware of the responsibilities delegated to them while feeling they are valued and trusted. The official also pointed out that the leaders on their transformation stage should maintain a more modest mind, know better of the direction for their development, the expanded scope of authorization and the responsibilities delegated to them, cherish a thanksgiving attitude, and constantly improve themselves for greater achievements.
It is reported that the Golden Echelon Development Program is a key part of the talent identification program of CR Bank and will further build the strategic reserve force of the bank and help realize the strategic objectives of the bank.
