On September 7, the 2013 China Small and Medium Bank Summit and the awarding ceremony for the 2nd Rating of Best Small and Medium Banks of China, sponsored by Modern Bankers, were held in Beijing. Jin Zhongxia, Director of the Institute of Finance, the People's Bank of China, and Yang Zaiping, full-time Deputy Chairman of China Banking Association, among other experts from the financial circle, attended the ceremony and delivered key-note speeches.

CR Bank was awarded at the ceremony the title “Best Special Small and Medium Bank" on the basis of the rating of small and medium banks across China by top experts and scholars in the financial circle of China with reference to various key financial data as well as indexes including the overall competency and social influence.
