CR Land was granted Zhan Tianyou Civil Project Award recently for the Best Living Quarters 2013 by China Civil Engineering Society for Dalian Sea – China Project (Phase II) and Chengdu 24 Town (Phase II).

Since CR Land adopted the quality-oriented development strategy in 2009, the quality of its projects has been continually improved thanks to the high quality standard, employment of Tongji University as third party quality controller and appraiser and regional quality control measures. Since 2010, it has won 12 national awards, including Luban Award, Guangsha Award and Zhan Tianyou Award and established its image representing high quality and its leading position in the industry.
