Recently, the Forbes released the list of World's 2,000 Largest Public Companies for 2013. CR Power Holdings Company Limited was ranked 657th on the list for the 7th time in succession, 193 placed advanced over the 850th in 2012. CR Power was ranked 54th among enterprises in Mainland China and Hong Kong, 13 places advanced compared with 2012.
The Forbes ranks the enterprises on the basis of the overall appraisal and ratings of the enterprise scale with reference to 4 equally-weighted indexes (turnover, profit, asset and market value). In this year's list, ICBC is ranked first, surpasses Exxon Mobil, and CCB comes second. Five Chinese companies are ranked among the Top 25. This year's Forbes list of the Global 2000 covers 63 countries. A total of 136 enterprises in Mainland China are included, again ranking China the third nation with the largest number of enterprises included in the list, next to USA and Japan.
