On April 13 and 14, China's High-end Medical Services Innovation Seminar and CR Medical Advisory Board Establishment Ceremony were held in Beijing and Shanghai, respectively, attended by Cao Ronggui, former Deputy Minister of Health, Fang Laiying, Director of the Health Bureau of Beijing, Feng Guosheng, Director of the Hospital Authority of Beijing, and Ma Guoan, Deputy General Manager of CR.

At the meeting, a total 51 experts were employed as top expert advisors of CR Medical, including two Academicians of Engineering, 16 directors and vice directors of the Chinese Medical Association, the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and the China Association of Integrative Medicine, 15 deans of well-known Grade-three Class-A hospitals, two traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, 15 leading academic workers in various clinical disciplines and Chairman of New China Insurance.

Heads of CR Medical outlined the strategic layout and overall orientations. Attendees discussed the talent recruitment mechanism, the training system, the expert co-referral consultation, hospital cooperation system, etc. It is proposed that non-public fund should be encouraged to be invested in the medical fields with the view of relieving the government from the investment burden. Experts attending the meeting expressed their willingness to cooperate with CR Medical in terms of medical care, teaching, research and commercial insurance, etc. so as to explore the non-public approaches to medical care.
