On April 1, Mr. Han Zheng, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the CPC Committee of Shanghai City, Mr. Yin Hong, member of the Standing CPC Committee of Shanghai and Secretary-General of the CPC Committee of Shanghai, and Mr. Jiang Ping, Deputy Mayor of Shanghai, inspected the Exhibition Center of Shanghai CR Mixc Town.

Mr. Han and his party listened to the report on the orientation, planning and construction of the general development project on the cover of the subway on Wuzhong Road and learned in detail about the business composition of the complex constructed on the cover of subway platform by video. Mr. Han made positive comment on the project on the cover of the subway co-built by CR and Shanghai Shen Tong Logistics Co., Ltd. and the intensive use of land. He also spoke highly of Shanghai Mixc Town Project and hoped that CR Land will give full play to its professional capacity in the field of commercial real estate. He expressed that the municipal government will provide full support and help promote the development of key projects over subways like Shanghai CR Mixc Town while ensuring the safety of the subway, with the view of forming a long-term development mechanism that can be widely replicated.

Shanghai Mixc Town is located in Hongqiao, "the west gate” of Shanghai, neighboring Wuzhong Road on the north and the Outer Elevated Ring on the west. Situated in the Hongqiao CBD, the center of West Shanghai, two kilometers from Hongqiao transportation hub, the project will have prominent influence over the whole Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle. The project, planned to be a high-end urban complex, includes the Mixc Town Shopping Center covering a constructed area of 240,000 m2, international topnotch office buildings of 140,000 m2, an international apartment-type hotel of 30,000 m2, a boutique life store of 50,000 m2, an ecological Hanging Garden of 30,000 m2 and a subway museum of 5,000 m2. The whole project covers a total constructed area of 530,000 m2 and a ground constructed area of 390,000 m2.

Accompanying Mr. Han on the inspection visit were heads of the municipal Development and Reform Commission, Shanghai Urban Construction and Communications Commission, the Municipal Planning Bureau, the Environmental Protection Agency and other relevant functional departments, heads of the CPC Committee of Minghang District as well as heads of Shanghai Shen Tong Logistics Co., Ltd. and CR Land (Shanghai).
