On February 18 and 21, Mr. Peng Qinghua, Secretary of CPC Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Mr. Lin Nianxiu, Vice Chairman of the Region, and their parties inspected CR Enterprises in the Region.

On February 18, Mr. Peng and his party inspected CR Cement (Guigang) Co., Ltd., visiting the central control room and extending his best regards for the Spring Festival to the operators and other employees. During the inspection, Mr. Peng examined the operational data of the central control room and asked about the strategic layout of CR Cement in Guangxi as well as the production, energy efficiency and environment protection. Learning about the excellent performance of CR cement enterprises in Guangxi in 2012 against the adverse external circumstances, he spoke highly of the enterprises and expressed his appreciation of CR’s efforts in fulfillment of its social responsibilities as a central enterprise, its pursuit of social values over economic profits, its increase in the investment for the environment protection and the implementation of denitration projects in the cement industry in Guangxi. Mr. Peng said he was impressed with the high management level of CR and the orderliness and cleanness of the cement production base.

On January 21, Mr. Peng and his party came to the Demonstration Area of Hezhou CR Recycling Economy Park, visited the Recycling Economy Center and listened to reports of the relevant leaders on the overall development of the Demonstration Area. Later, Mr. Peng and his party inspected the power plant already in production and extended his best regards for the Spring Festival to the operators and other first-line employees and inquired about various operational indicators of the generation units. Finally, Mr. Peng visited the Snow Beer Brewery, examined the production facilities and learned about the production preparation.

During the inspection, Mr. Peng highly recommended CR's construction of Baise Hope Town and Demonstration Area of Hezhou CR Recycling Economy Park in Guangxi with a strong sense of social responsibility and international vision. According to Mr. Peng, the Autonomous Region attaches great importance to CR’s investment projects in Guangxi and will make its best efforts to provide the best services for CR. He expressed his hope that CR will increase its efforts in constructing the Demonstration Area, completing the functions of the Area and build it into a demonstration area integrating the multiple functions of production, recreation and ecological tourism. He also hoped that CR will continue to increase its investment in Guangxi for win-win achievements and facilitating the economic development of Guangxi.
