On December 4, 2012, at the annual evening of Hong Kong Retail Management Association and Award Ceremony, Chinese Arts & Crafts was granted the Award for the Best Retailer in the category of Mysterious Customer Program for the 8th consecutive year. Mrs. Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, Chief Secretary for Administration of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government granted the award.
