On November 24, 2012, Mr. Wang Yang, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Secretary of CPC Committee of Guangdong Province, and Mr. Zhu Xiaodan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Governor of Guangdong Province, inspected Shenzhen Mixc in the company of Mr. Wang Rong, member of the Standing CPC Committee of Guangdong Province and Secretary of the CPC Committee of Shenzhen City, Mr. Xu Qin, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Mayor of Shenzhen City.

Mr. Wang Yang and his entourage listened to the introduction of the development and current operation of Shenzhen Mixc and learned that Shenzhen Mixc, as a key product of CR Land, has become a reputed brand in the real estate and commercial distribution sectors and a benchmark building for the integrated urban development of China. Mr. Wang Yang spoke affirmatively of the achievements of CR Land in the commercial real estate development and its contribution to the urbanization of Shenzhen and expressed his hope that CR Land will develop an urban complex in Guangzhou that matches Shenzhen Mixc .

Mr. Wang Yang also visited the project display of CR Land in Shenzhen under the theme of Tour to the Future Shenzhen held in Shenzhen Mixc. By touring around the models of the six projects completed or under development in Shenzhen (Shenzhen CR Center, CR Shenzhen Bay Integrated Development Project, Dachong Old Village Overall Reconstruction Project, Hubei Old Village Overall Reconstruction Project, CR Yinhu Lanshan Project and CR Xiaojing Bay Project), Mr. Wang Yang gained a comprehensive understanding of the business mode, development strategy and vision of CR Land. Mr. Wang Yang encouraged CR to make greater efforts in fulfilling its social responsibilities, actively promoting the urbanization, and contributing to the development of society.
