A parking lot project jointly established by CR Urban Transportation Infrastructure Investment Limited and the Transportation College of Tongji University has been approved, with the general report on the static model and reports on sub-projects completed, setting up the CR Urban Parking Lot Project Demand & Supply Analysis Model.
The model is the first established model on the basis of the analysis of the current development and future operation of parking lot projects. Taking into consideration the edge-cutting static transportation technology and the financial operations of the parking lots, this mode is proprietary intellectual property of CR Urban Transportation.
The Group also provided training on the demand & supply prediction model and the parking plot investigation method to further individual companies’ understanding of the model, improving the parking lot investigation process and methods and to facilitate the prediction and standard analysis when applying for parking lot projects.
