Dealers Association plays an important role in the development of bond market such as short-term financing bonds issue, medium-term notes issue and ultra-short financial issue in domestic inter-bank market, and is the entry qualification a member of the underwriting syndicate for such bonds must have. CR Bank’s successful joining the Association, not only enhanced its communication and interaction with other members of the inter-bank market, and also helped to improve CR Bank’s popularity and influence in the inter-bank market, and laid a solid foundation to future apply for underwriting qualifications of non-financial debt financing instruments.
With the qualification of dealers association, as well as the development of their business and improvement of management capacity, CR Bank will serve for the direct financing and business development of the Group's profit centers through bond market, money market.
It is reported that Dealers Association is self-regulatory organization co-sponsored by the inter-bank bond market, the lending market, the bill market, the foreign exchange market and the gold market participants on September 3, 2007 and approved by the State Council and the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Now it has 151 institutional members, including 59 members of city commercial banks.
