On the morning of November 2, New Zealand Minister of Trade Hon Todd McClay visited the Group’s Hong Kong Headquarter in the company of Ms. Gabrielle Rush, Consul General of New Zealand in Hong Kong and Mr. Ivan Kinsella, Director of Commercial and Investment Relations in New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. Group Chairman Fu Yuning met with the New Zealand guests and held friendly talks with them.

Chairman Fu expressed warm welcome to New Zealand Minister of Trade Hon Todd McClay, and briefed the guests on China Resources Group’s investments and businesses in New Zealand. The two sides exchanged views on the prospects of Sino- New Zealand economic and trade relations, New Zealand macro economy and China Resources Group’s future investment in New Zealand.

Minister McClay expressed his appreciation of China Resources Group for taking minority stakes in New Zealand companies and helping them to distribute their products to China. He said this paradigm was already positively received by local entrepreneurs. New Zealand government welcomes China Resources Group’s steady investment in New Zealand and would provide support and assistance to China Resources Group’s investment and development.<
