General Manager Luo Xi Meets with Tianjin Acting Mayor Wang Dongfeng

On the afternoon of November 1, China Resources Group’s General Manager Luo Xi met with Wang Dongfeng, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Tianjin Committee as well as Acting Mayor of Tianjin Municipality at Tianjin Guest Hotel. The two sides had friendly talks on furthering cooperation in a number of sectors.

Mayor Wang Dongfeng expressed warm welcome to visiting General Manager Luo Xi and his entourages at the beginning of the meeting, and briefed visitors on Tianjin’s social and economic developments. Wang said China Resources Group and Tianjin Municipality have been deepening pragmatic cooperation in recent years and have harvested great results in many sectors including energy, real estate, pharmaceutical, retail and beer industry. Wang added that these achievements have lifted up Tianjin’s overall development, for which he expressed thanks to China Resources Group on behalf of CPC Tianjin Committee and Tianjin Municipal Government. Finally Wang expressed hope that the two sides further expand cooperation, complement each other and generate win-win success and mutual developments.

On behalf of China Resources Group Chairman Fu Yuning, General Manager Luo Xi conveyed thanks to CPC Tianjin Committee and Tianjin Municipal Government for their concerted attention and support, and briefed the Group’s 13th Five-Year Plan and its businesses in Tianjin. Luo hoped with the support from Tianjin, both sides can strengthen investment cooperation in the sectors of energy, urban construction, pharmaceutical and healthcare services, so as to make new contribution to Tianjin’s economic developments.

The meeting attendees included Tianjin Municipal Government’s Deputy Mayor Zhao Haishan, Government Secretary General Yu Qiujun and heads of government bureaus and departments. Representatives of CR Land, CR Gas, CR Pharmaceutical, Vanguard and CR Beer also attended the meeting.

During his visit in Tianjin, General Manager Luo Xi held talks with heads and directors of China Resources Group’s subsidiary companies and was briefed their business performances. He encouraged his Tianjin colleagues to work even harder to facilitate China Resources Group’s business in Tianjin.
