China Resources Group general manager Luo Xi went to Shandong Province during October 11 to 13 to conduct research and met with Shandong Provincial Governor Guo Shuqing in Jinan. During the meeting, Governor Guo expressed warm welcome to Luo and his entourages and hoped China Resources Group would incorporate its strategy expansion roadmap with Shandong’s transitional development, and strengthen cooperation in food and medicines, health industry, urban and rural infrastructure construction and financial areas, to achieve win-win developments. Meanwhile Governor Guo promised Shandong would offer conducive and business friendly environment for China Resources to develop in the province and would provide the Group with better services.
Luo expressed his gratitude to CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and Shandong Government for their long term support, and briefed the host on the Group’s key businesses development in the province. Luo said, Shandong is blessed with great geographic location and the Group has built up comprehensive cooperation with the province. In future, China Resources Group would further expand investment sphere and investment scale in Shandong, strive for deeper cooperation and upgrade the friendly cooperation level.
During his stay in Shandong, general manager Luo also visited Qingdao and met with Qingdao Mayor Zhang Xinqi. Both sides exchanged views on problems China Resources was encountering while investing in Qingdao, and held in depth discussion on having multi-area and deep level cooperation.
Luo and his entourages also visited China Resources Group’s subsidiary companies in Shandong, including Dong-E-E-Jiao Company Limitedand Liaocheng CR Textile and had dialogues with heads and directors of these companies who shed light on their business operation status and existing problems. Luo expressed his appreciation of their achievements and offered guiding advices for their next step work.
General manager Luo Xi’s research tour was joined by representatives from General Office, Finance Department, Information Department, EHS, the Group’s profit centers such as CR Power, CR Land, CR Gas, CR Healthcare and CR Textile.
