On September 14, chairman of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of Hubei Province Zhang Chang’er visited China Resources Group’s Hong Kong headquarters. Group chairman Fu Yuning met with chairman Zhang Chang’er and his entourages.

Chairman Fu Yuning expressed his warm welcome to visiting chairman Zhang Chang’er upon his arrival, and introduced the Group’s investment and development in Hubei Province. Fu said China Resources Group started to invest in Hubei rather early, with multiple projects and have achieved good development in each business sector. He showed his thanks to all walks of life in Hubei for their concerted support and hoped to push forward more interactions and exchanges, proactively facilitate the cooperation between Hubei and Hong Kong and the opening up of Hubei, and make contributions to the economic development and people’s improved livelihood of Hubei Province.

Chairman Zhang Chang’er said the key mission of the Hubei CPPCC delegation in Hong Kong is to visit its Hong Kong members and research on some companies. On behalf of Hubei Province CPC Committee, Provincial Government and CPPCC, Chairman Zhang Chang’er expressed thanks to China Resources Group for its care and support for Hubei’s social and economic developments for years. He hoped both sides deepen strategic cooperation during the 13th Five Year Plan period, facilitate the construction of “One Belt One Road” and “Yangtze River Economic Belt” and achieve mutual developments.

The meeting was also attended by Hubei Province CPPCC secretary general and director of General Affairs Office Zhai Tianshan, Hubei Province Overseas Chinese Office (Hong Kong and Macao Office) director Yan Puliu, and officials from various departments of Hubei Province CPPCC and Overseas Chinese Office, as well as directors and representatives from Group Board of Directors Office, Strategy Department and CR Land.
