On 9 September, China Resources Group Chairman Fu Yuning was invited to attend the opening ceremony of Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University, and met with Mr. Stephen A. Schwarzman, the Chairman, CEO and Co-founder of the Blackstone Group.

During their friendly talks, Schwarzman conveyed his deep appreciation for CR Land’s high-quality project management services to Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University, as well as his thanks to China Resources Group for its generous donation. The two sides also had discussions on furthering cooperation between Schwarzman College and China Resources Group.

Chairman Fu and his delegation visited the main function rooms in the Schwarzman College, including the library reading rooms, seminar rooms, lecture rooms and the sunken courtyard. The delegates also exchanged ideas with the architect of the Schwarzman College, Professor Robert A.M. Stern, the former Dean of the School of Architecture at Yale University.
