In the afternoon of March 19, Group Chairman Fu Yuning met with Blackstone Group's CEO Stephen Schwarzman and  at the Beijing Diaoyutai State Guesthouse.

Mr. Schwarzman introduced progress of the preparations of Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University and expressed his gratitude to China Resources for its quality design and management services. Mr. Schwarzman said that Schwarzman College will be in perfect condition for use thanks to the support of the China Resources Land Project Team, the college and would begin taking in students within the year. 

Chairman Fu expressed gratitude to CEO Schwarzman, founder of Schwarzman College, for recruiting teachers with the world's highest standards and discussed with CEO Schwarzman the possibility of setting up cafés or a beer display area at the college. The two sides exchanged ideas on issues such as commercial real estate development and overseas business cooperation.

The Group's Office of the Board of Directors and the management of China Resources Land also joined the meeting.
