Following careful deliberation, the Group's Board has made the following changes to the management team of China Resources Snow Breweries:

The appointment of Wang Qun as Vice President, in place of the position of General Manager;

The appointment of Hou Xiaohai as General Manager;

The appointment of Yu Shutian as Deputy General Manager;

The appointment of Xu Hui and Li Li as Deputy General Managers;

The appointment of Cheng Shaokai, Liu Youtai, Zeng Shenping and Bai Xiaosong as Assistant General Managers.
