The "Internet+ Social Responsibility Management Innovation & the 2015 China Enterprise Sustainable Competitiveness Annual Conference" was held in Beijing on 27 November. The China Enterprise Public Transparency Report (2015-2016) No. 2 (China Enterprise Top 200 Public Transparency Index) was released at the conference and for the second consecutive year China Resources Group won the top prize – Best Social Responsibility Report Award.

The China Enterprise Sustainable Competitiveness Annual Conference is jointly organised by the Committee Dedicated to Social Responsibility at the Chinese Institute of Business Administration; by the China Industrial Enterprise Social Responsibility Research Think-tank at the China Federation of Industrial Economics; and by the Beijing Rongzhi Corporate Social Responsibility Institute. It is a high-level conference about corporate social responsibility management at Chinese enterprises and it has been held for the third consecutive year. Against the backdrop of the full-scale implementation of the "Internet+" initiative, the conference aimed at exploring the challenges and opportunities that the Internet has brought to corporate social responsibility management innovation. More than 100 delegates attended the conference, coming from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IRFC), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the Embassy of Sweden in Beijing, Peking University, various industry associations, domestic and foreign enterprises as well as NGOs. Based on research evaluating the public transparency of the top 200 Chinese enterprises, the Best Social Responsibility Report Award is arrived at by way of a rigorous selection from 200 reports through several rounds of discussions and marking by a panel of experts on social responsibility, looking at various aspects such as contents, transparency, design, display form, balance, comparability and readability of the social responsibility report issued by the company. As such, it represents a high level of recognition and acclaim for the compilation standards of an enterprise’s public transparency and social responsibility report.
