President Qiao Shibo appeared at the Leadership Class of CR University and gave an interesting lecture on leadership to students of the CRC Ways No.7 training class on May 20.

President Qiao reviewed the completion of CR's strategic tasks during the 12th Five-year period, analyzed the status quo of all SBUs and their challenges, and put forth CR's goal in the 13th Five-year period - to become a world-class corporation with international competitiveness. He urged all SBUs and BUs to scientifically set their strategic objectives in the 13th Five-year period with the aim to enhance their core competence and on the basis of benchmarking, thus laying the foundation for the company's 13th Five-year strategy. President Qiao answered questions the students were concerned with, including innovation, the Belt & Road Initiative, coordination, remuneration, healthcare business and CR's core values, and shared his views on the future development of CR's businesses.

Based on his own working experience over long years, President Qiao also shared his thoughts about teamwork, coworkers, and the ability and gratification of doing a good job. He asked the students to focus on their work, help the company achieve performance that is consistent with its industrial standing and on a par with industrial benchmarks, and effectively accomplish all business plans.
