Chairman Fu Yuning met with BOC Hong Kong Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Yue Yi and his delegation on May 13.

Chairman Fu welcomed Chief Executive Yue, noted that BOC Hong Kong is CR's important partner, and expressed his gratitude for BOC Hong Kong's services and support all these years. He also gave a brief introduction to CR's businesses and its future development direction.

Chief Executive Yue noted that CR is BOC Hong Kong's most important client. He hoped the two sides can expand their cooperation to more fields based on the existing sound partnership, and vowed that on the premise of complying with China's macro-policies, BOC will strive to meet CR's development demand across the board.

The two sides held in-depth exchanges about CR's recent capital operations and overseas M&A explorations, and discussed potential opportunities for business cooperation.

Heads of BOC Hong Kong's relevant departments, heads of CR Finance Department and financial directors of relevant business units were present at the meeting.
