Chairman Fu Yuning met with Wang Yan, President of China Merchants Securities (CMS), and his delegation on May 8.

Chairman Fu welcomed President Wang and briefly reviewed the cooperation between CR's financial sector and CMS. They exchanged views on domestic economy and the development of financial business, and discussed strengthening the cooperation between the two companies in such fields as business coordination, equity financing, asset management, investment and M&A.

President Wang noted that with a long history of partnership, CMS and CR should intensify communication and broaden their cooperation scope for mutual development in the future.

Heads of CMS' relevant businesses and heads of CR Finance Department were present at the meeting.
