Chairman Fu Yuning met with Li Tong, Chief Executive Officer of BOC International Asia, and her delegation on May 8.

Chairman Fu welcomed CEO Li and briefly reviewed the cooperation between CR and BOC International. Hailing BOC International as a leading Chinese investment bank with prominent advantages in China and abroad, he said the two sides have great cooperation potential in overseas development based on the Belt & Road Initiative, and hoped they can carry on the close cooperation. He also noted that BOC International's mother company BOC is one of CR Bank's strategic partners, and the two sides have close cooperation in bank credit line, cross-border capital pool and bond issuance.

CEO Li vowed to exert BOC International's advantages in onshore-offshore interaction, global network and M&A project scouting in their future cooperation, and urged the two sides to strengthen communication, timely exchange information and broaden cooperation scope to achieve mutual development.

Heads of BOC International's relevant businesses and heads of CR Legal and Finance Departments were present at the meeting.
