Heilongjiang Governor Lu Hao and his delegation visited CR on the afternoon of May 4 and held friendly talks with Chairman Fu Yuning. The two sides discussed their key cooperative projects and had in-depth exchanges on accelerating the projects and expanding investment cooperation.

Chairman Fu welcomed Governor Lu and noted that CR’s businesses in Heilongjiang have achieved fast development in recent years, which he attributed to the strong support provided by Heilongjiang leaders on various levels to CR’s investment there. He hoped the two side can work together to accelerate existing projects and expand their cooperation in such areas as medical care and new energy with the aim for mutual benefits and win-win development.

Governor Lu inquired about CR’s business development in Heilongjiang and gave instructions as to how to accelerate projects. Noting that Heilongjiang and CR have formed deep cooperation and friendship, he welcomed CR to expand its investment in Heilongjiang, and vowed that the provincial government will continue to provide quality services to boost CR’s business development there.

Mayor of Harbin Song Xibin, Deputy Secretary of Heilongjiang provincial government Kang Hanqing, leaders from Heilongjiang Development and Reform Commission and Bureau of Commerce and from Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Kiamusze, Daqing, Yichun and Heihe, as well as CR’s Managing Director Zhou Junqin, assistant President Wang Chuncheng and heads of CR Power, CR Land, CR Gas, CR Vanguard, CR Snow Breweries and CR Ng Fung were present at the meeting.
