Results of the 2014 National Selection of Internal Magazine of Enterprises and Public Institutions, which was hosted by Chinese News Training Online and undertaken by Chinese Magazine Research Institute, were recently unveiled. China Resources, the magazine by CR Directors’ Office, won two awards in the selection, namely Special Award for Comprehensive Magazine and 10 Best Editors-in-chief Award.

The jury of this selection consisted of 19 senior journalists, experts, scholars and professors, including Zhan Guoshu, former editor-in-chief of People’s Daily Overseas Edition, Zhang Siyuan, Chairman of Beijing Association of Corporate Journalists, Yao Gannan, President of Chinese Magazine Research Institute, Liu Guochang, news reviewer of the Central Publicity Department, Hu Xianqin, President of China Newspaper Industry, and Jiang Bo, Director of Economic Daily’s Feature Department. Newspapers and periodicals from over 500 enterprises and public institutions nationwide participated in the selection, and awards under two categories - collective and individual - were conferred after two rounds of selection. While collective awards include special award, first and second prize and emerging media award, individual awards include award for excellent photo editing and for 10 best editors-in-chief.
