President Qiao Shibo met with Pan Liguo, the visiting Mayor of Shenyang, and his delegation on the afternoon of April 14. The two sides exchanged views on further strengthening their cooperation and promoting the construction of new projects.

President Qiao welcomed Mayor Pan and his delegation on behalf of CR, and expressed his gratitude to Shenyang for its consistent support to CR’s investment and cooperation in the city. He hoped to intensify the exchange and cooperation with Shenyang and vowed to make greater efforts for its municipal development, reform of SOEs and the development of modern service industry.

Mayor Pan noted that the cooperation between CR and Shenyang covers a wide range of areas. On behalf of Shenyang CPC Committee and government, he thanked CR for its proactive contributions to Shenyang’s economic and social development, and urged the two sides to actively push the implementation and construction of new projects through mutual efforts. Referring to the 13th Five-year Plan, he hoped the two sides can expand the scope of cooperation and promote the implementation of more new investment projects, with the aim for win-win development.

Deputy Mayor of Shenyang Yang Yazhou, Secretary General of the municipal government Lian Maojun, and leaders from Shenyang Foreign Affairs Office, Foreign Economy & Trade Bureau, Construction Committee and Planning and Land Resources Bureau, as well as CR’s Deputy Managing Director Zhou Junqin and heads of CR Directors’ Office and profit centers including CR Power, CR Land, CR Gas, CR Pharmaceutical, CR Vanguard, CR Snow Breweries and CR Healthcare were present at the meeting.
