Liang Zhimin, secretary of the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan province, and Yang Ning, the head of the Prefecture, led a team to visit CR. Qiao Shibo met them in Shenzhen city and the two sides held talks and achieved consensus on increasing all-round cooperation.

Qiao welcomed the arrival of Liang and his people and briefed them on the business growth and current condition of the group. He hoped to further expand the scope of cooperation between CR and Dali Prefecture. While making progress in the current projects of building materials, he wished to fully promote cooperation on new energy, urban gas and healthcare industries as a contribution to the social and economic development of Dali Prefecture.

Liang appreciated CR’s contribution to local development and explained the economic and social conditions of Dali Prefecture. He said that Dali aims to be the center for providing healthcare services, education and financing in the west region of Yunnan province. They are working hard to build rail links, highways and other infrastructure. He hoped to step up comprehensive cooperation and achieve common development with the help of CR’s advantages of development vision, human resources and capital.

Cheng Yunchuan, deputy head of the People’s Government of Dali Prefecture, and secretary-general Ma Zhonghua, the heads of relevant official departments, Zhou Longshan, general manager assistant of the group and the heads of the Director’s Office, CR’s power, cement, gas and medicine departments attended the meeting.
