CR President Qiao Shibo visited Party Secretary Jiao Yanlong, mayor Chen Xuejun and other leaders of Tangshan on the afternoon of February 13, 2015.

Jiao Yanlong noted that CR and Tangshan have always maintained a close cooperation, and Tangshan has become CR’s important industrial base in north China. He expressed his gratitude to CR for its strong support to Tangshan’s development over the years.

Looking at the opportunity for a new round of development, Tangshan is diligently implementing the instructions given by CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping when he visited the city. Focusing on nine growth points including project construction, coastal economy, central city development, industry and development zone, Tangshan is pressing ahead with economic transformation and upgrading. It is taking faster steps to build a strong coastal city featured by beauty, prosperity, hospitality and harmony.

Under such circumstances, Tangshan wishes to strengthen strategic cooperation with CR in more areas with the aim for win-win development. The Tangshan government will create favorable conditions for CR’s development in the city by further improving the development environment and providing quality services.

President Qiao thanked the Tangshan government for its support and help for CR. He stressed that CR will give full play to its strengths, and deepen the friendship and mutual trust with Tangshan. CR is willing to further its pragmatic cooperation with Tangshan in such areas as medical care, power, real estate, trust and gas in order to achieve sound and fast mutual development.

Member of Tangshan CPC Standing Committee Hu Guohui, vice mayor Gao Ruihua, leaders of relevant municipal departments, as well as heads of CR Directors’ Office, CR Power, CR Gas, CRC Trust and CR Healthcare were present at the meeting.
